Green Ribbon Week
We have had a super fun Green Ribbon Week. Assemblies with Fireman and Police Officers teaching us about passenger and pedestrian safety, signing the safety pledge and then today with Walk To School Day. The kids were greeted with our super happy PTA staff, Granola bars, and fun green bracelets reminding them to be safe!
Walk To School Day ~ TOMORROW!!
Don't forget tomorrow is Walk to School Day!! Grab a friend or parent to walk with & Dress Warm!!
9-11 Trash Pick up
4th Grade, in honor of Patriots Day, went around the outside of the school, picking up any trash. We are so proud to honor those who died on this special day. We will forever remember their sacrifice.
4th Grade Olympics
4th Grade Olympics and closing ceremonies. Each class had students representing 4 countries. Events were jumping rope, hula hooping, running, crab walk, softball throw & Wheelbarrow race. Congrats to all who participated!!
Parent Teacher Conferences ~ Sept 30th
Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on September 30th from 3:45-8:30. Please look for an email from your students teacher(s) for a time to sign up. If there are any conflicts or questions please feel free to email the teacher.
Mrs. Pulu's Lemonade Party
Mrs. Pulu's class is always a party!! This time it was for Lemonade. We love having her here at Mapleton Elementary!

Dudes and Donuts ~ Sept 29th @ 8:15 AM
Dudes & Dudettes, Grandmas and Grandpas, or anyone in your family are welcome to come to our annual Dudes and Donuts event. We will have plenty of yummy donuts while you read and look at the Book Fair. Its a super fun time !! Look forward to seeing you!
Book Fair ~ Sept 27th - Sept 30th
Our Book Fair is coming up and look forward to seeing our parents here for some fun activity's. The kids love this time of year to be able to look at all the new book that have came out, and its an awesome opportunity to buy some early Christmas Gifts.
