BYU Women's Basketball GameThe fourth and sixth grade students, along with Mrs. Swasey's class attended a BYU Women's Basketball game.  We all had a blast!  Students enjoyed cheering for the Cougars, and meeting Cosmo and speaking with several cheerleaders.  We also loved the BYU Dunk team who performed at half time.  It was an amazing, fun-filled, Cougar day!Image removed.

BYU Strong Presentation 4th Grade

Submitted by stacey.holmes on

BYU's Cougar Strong program came to present to the fourth grade.  Bob and Cindy Wakefield run the program and were able to bring an athlete from the BYU Women's Track and Field team.  They taught the fourth grade about being Cougar Strong which includes mentally, psychically and socially strong.  Students were lucky to receive a Cougar Strong t-shirt and a poster for each fourth grade class.  Thank you Wakefields and BYU!

4th Grade Presentation of Shoshone Native American Tribe

Submitted by stacey.holmes on

The fourth grade had the opportunity to have Fred Brereton come present about the Shoshone Native American Tribe.  Fred is the grandfather of a fourth grade student and an honorary Shoshone Tribe Member.  He gave a wonderful presentation!  The fourth grade would like to thank Mr. Brereton and the Quist family for arranging this wonderful learning opportunity.
