We will be spotlighting a Student of the Week from each classroom. These students receive a certificate and prize from Mrs. Peery with the chance to be drawn out at the end of each month for a special activity with the Principal. The focus for the month of September is "Cooperation".  The students are selected by their teachers as they see their ability to cooperate here at school.  Here are the Students of the Week for September 18.

The fifth grade students experience science and chemistry in a hands-on way with the Discovery Gateway Reaction Time traveling field trip. Students were able to experiment using various liquids to see the reactions that occur when making different combinations. They were so excited to be Chemists for the day!

We were happy to welcome the Utah Opera to our school for a fabulous assembly.  Utah Opera comes to every school in Utah over a three year period thanks to funding from the legislature called "POPS". Professional Organizations in Public Schools.
