Registration for the 2019-2020 school year will take place online and opens July 25th (see link below). If you have a returning student, everything you need to do to register your child can be done online. If you have a new student to Mapleton Elementary, in addition to the online portion, you will need to bring in a copy of your child's a) birth certificate, b) updated immunization record, and c) two copies of proof of residency. You can bring those documents in any Monday - Thursday between 8:00 and 1:00 or you can bring them in on July 31st from 8:00 - 4:00 (we will have personnel available that day if you need assistance with the online registration portion as well). Starting on August 1st, class placement information will be available for those who have completed the registration process.
