Adam Cook was our Road to Success Scholarship winner!! We are so proud of him and all the reading and hard work he did this year. CONGRATULATIONS!!! 

We celebrated our last Students of the Month for the year today. These students have shown such great kindness, respect and hard work this year and we are very proud of their examples. Thanks for showing how to be Mighty Mountaineers!

We decided to spend the month of May focusing on kindness and choosing to do kind acts for others. Each week students have written on leaves acts of kindness they have done throughout the week and our tree keeps growing and growing! Way to go Mountaineers! Thanks for making a difference and Standing Strong this year! 

We can't believe it's the last week of Kindergarten!! 

On April 24th, community members from around Mapleton came to Mapleton Elementary to spruce up our exterior and landscaping. They pulled weeds, swept playgrounds, and layed over 20 bags of wood chips. Our flowerbeds look amazing! Thank you so much for volunteering and adding your touch of love to our elementary school. A special shout out to Michelle Estes for her help organizing the event every year. 

Living Planet Aquarium came to visit our 6th  grade and teach them all about these cool animals.
